Did my GYFM and can feel my crown chakra
rotating clockwise whereby a vortex of energy
spiraling down inside my body
can feel my base chakra throbbing

Did my dg,hands moving with body
moving clockwise then anti clockwise
head jerked to left side with force and
to the right as well.
head jerked to the front couple of times
which afterwards to the back
Able to hear some music but it does not appeals
to me and i do not yearn for it
head tilts to the back with arms moving
up and down vigorously
mouth opening wide with tongue moving
and jaw jerking which then saying out
A(ah)  and other sounds

Told my ling not to worry as we will walk down this cultivation path together as one and lives simply
till the end of this life……

And as i ended my practice for the day,
i wiped away my tears with a smile
and a big laugh afterwards

It has been a month since i joined LZT.

Cool place to do and learn my cultivation

Am Happy to know every fellow practioner at LZT

Did my gyfm,so far okay

whereas for dg,my hands were moving then

body moving clockwise then hands,body n head moving together as well

to the point that both my hands just dropped onto my laps

with my head tilting back and stomach area inflat and hold for few seconds

which it then deflat and the whole process continue again

can feel my eye chakra throbbing

 

Did my jing zhou after that and can feel myself going into deep meditation
